Returns & Refunds Policy
If you would like to return your purchase for any reason, criteria for returns are outlined below.
If returned goods do not meet these criteria, they will be returned to the customer and any outstanding charges, including return shipping costs, will be requested.
- All goods (product, packaging, manuals and warranty cards) must be received by Spectronics in fully resalable condition otherwise charges for the cost of replacement of these items will be incurred.
- Products which are permanently defaced (engraved or indelibly marked) will not be accepted.
- For hygiene reasons, some of our products cannot be returned.
- All returns require a Return Authorization (RMA) number to be processed. Contact us to receive an RMA Number before returning the goods or your return may not be processed.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return via Registered Mail with Australia Post – Registered Mail allows us to track your return should it be lost in transit. All shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- Refunds for software programs, subscriptions or downloaded software are not covered by this money-back guarantee.
Faulty Products
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within a reasonable period from the time of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
If you think a product is faulty, please contact us and our team will assist you with organising to return the product. If the item is deemed faulty, we will either issue a refund for the price you paid for the product or, if you wish, provide a replacement.
Where possible, please use or include with the product being returned, all original packaging and tags/labels.
NDIS Orders
Please be aware that we may not be able to process refunds for some products purchased with NDIS funding. This is dependant on the product/s, your plan type and the NDIS's policies. However, we may be able to arrange an exchange of the product/s with a similar priced product/s in accordance with this policy.
Return Guidelines
All returns require a Return Authorization (RMA) number to be processed. Contact us to receive an RMA Number before returning the goods or your return may not be processed. We will also specify the address to send authorized returns to.
